This business is lying about the hours of operations. You do not get what you pay for. This places states that is opens until 11 pm and it starts kicking people out at 11 20 pm and shutting off tvs and saunas killing the vibe for working out. We pay for it to be open and fully functional until the time as promise in their contract and it does not give that to customers. There is not peace of enjoyment. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

This gym is an excellent gym. It is well maintained, always clean and a great atmosphere. The owner Scott and the manager Steve are great guys. Very helpful and always extremely welcoming. I’ve belonged to many guns over the years and those 2 guys are far and above so much better than managers of other clubs

I have been a member of Choice Fitness since 2021, and after everything that has happened, I can honestly say this is one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a business. I was approached by a manager who informed me that someone had complained that I was vaping inside the gym. I do not recall vaping inside the facility. Regardless, I accepted the warning without argument and was fully prepared to move forward. What immediately stood out was the stark contrast between how this complaint was handled and how my girlfriend’s repeated concerns about sexual harassment were treated over the years. She experienced unwanted comments, uncomfortable interactions, staring, and behavior that made her feel unsafe and unwelcome while simply trying to work out. Many of these men were old enough to be her father or grandfather. Despite bringing these concerns forward over the course of several years, little to nothing was done to address them. The fact that these concerns went largely ignored while an unverified complaint against me was immediately addressed speaks volumes about where management’s priorities truly lie. After the vaping conversation, we questioned why managem

As a competitive bodybuilder, I have trained in gyms all over New England, and I can honestly say that Choice Fitness in Lowell, Massachusetts is one of the dirtiest and most poorly managed gyms I have ever stepped foot in. The cleanliness of this facility is unacceptable. Equipment is frequently dirty, weights are left scattered everywhere, and the overall condition of the gym gives the impression that cleanliness and member experience are not priorities. For a gym that charges membership fees and promotes itself as a fitness facility, the lack of attention to maintaining a clean and professional environment is disappointing. What is even more concerning is the culture within the gym. During my time there, I experienced repeated sexual harassment that made me extremely uncomfortable. As a woman and a competitive athlete, I expect to be able to train without being stared at, approached inappropriately, or made to feel unsafe. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Men were full on following me around making disgusting sexual comments to the point where I my partner and I started training together. The lack of intervention and support regarding these issues was incredibly frus

To be honest this gym is okay. But I will say one thing there is a bald guy here that will alternate between 5-6 machines and if someone tries using any of the machines he will take the equipment out of there hand and start doing his set. The staff is aware and sees this and does absolutely nothing it’s very weird. I’ve worked out at many gyms as I am a very avid lifter However this is possibly the worst etiquette I’ve ever seen. It’s borderline if not literally bullying. The gym is a safe place for some and a scary place for new comers this guy truly ruins the vibe for everyone. Please ask your staff to fix
